Welcome To EKLC

We are proud of what we do

Read our most recent testimonial from a relative of an EKLC tenant...

"In June 2016, when it became apparent that my aunt needed additional care and could no longer live alone in her apartment, thoughts of Ellen Kennedy Living Center came to mind. I had always heard positive comments about the place. When the time came, we met with Kari Wittmeyer, the EKLC Director. Kari was very pleasant and knowledgeable. as well as kind and outgoing. She does everything to keep the residents safe, especially during these trying Covid months. My aunt moved in that June and has been a resident of the Assisted Living apartments since then. During the last 6 years, she has come to call it her home. She loves the chapel, Bingo, and card games the most. The staff has always been cordial and easy to work with my aunt as care needs grew. Kristi Goedken the RN is delightful and always willing to go the extra mile whenever we called. She looks out for the resident’s best interests and is proactive in seeking solutions for potential problems. Lili and Stacie are also friendly and helpful, and our family appreciates that. The bottom line is, my aunt is very happy there and that means everything to me and her family. If you have someone who needs extra help, I highly recommend talking to the Ellen Kennedy Living Center personnel and seeing if it would work for your needs too. We are very satisfied."
